Navy.
COLONEL Thompson reports from the Council of State, That the Parliament will be pleased to declare, What Number of Men, shall be employed in this next Year's Service, at Sea; and what Quantity of Victuals shall be provided: As also, That such a Supply of Monies may be appointed for making the said Provisions, and answering the other pressing Occasions of the Navy, as the Parliament shall think fit.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Council of State, to give Order, That Provision of Victual be forthwith made, for a Number not exceeding Thirty thousand Men, to be employed in the Service of the Fleet, for the next Year.
Customs, &c.
Ordered, That it be referred to a Committee, to bring in a Bill for the Reviving of the several Acts and Ordinances made before the Interruption of the Parliament, touching the Receipts of the Customs and Excise; Viz. unto Mr. Robinson, Col. Harvey, Mr. Solicitor Reynolds, Sir Henry Mildmay, Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Colonel Thompson, Colonel Marten, Lord Whitlock, Mr. Gould, Colonel Morley, Mr. Scott, Colonel White, Major Salwey, Mr. Cawley, Mr. John Goodwin, Mr. Nelthrope, Mr. Love, Alderman Atkin, Mr. Trenchard; or any Three of them: To meet this Afternoon, at Three of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber: And Mr. Robinson is to take care of it.
