A BILL for Establishing, Confirming, and Settling, of certain Lands in Ireland, upon Colonel Theophilus Jones, and his Heirs, towards Satisfaction of his Arrears, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.
Ordered, That his Highness the Lord Protector's Consent be desired to this Bill.

Ordered, That the Petitions of the Lord Craven, and Sir John Stowell, be read on Saturday next.
Probate of Wills.
Ordered, That the Amendments to the Bill for Probate of Wills, be reported on Monday Morning next.

THE House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance.
The First Paragraph of the First Article was read.
The Question being put, That these Words "and Exercise thereof, to hold and enjoy the same, with the Rights, Privileges, and Prerogatives, justly, legally, and rightfully belonging thereunto," do stand in this Paragraph;
It passed with the Negative.
Resolved, That these Words, "to exercise the same according to the Laws of these Nations," be inserted, instead thereof.
Resolved, That this Debate be adjourned till Tomorrow Morning; nothing to intervene.
