Jones' Estate.
A BILL for Establishing, Confirming, and Settling, of certain Lands in Ireland, upon Colonel Theophilus Jones, and his Heirs, towards Satisfaction of his Arrears, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.
Ordered, That his Highness the Lord Protector's Consent be desired to this Bill.
Petitions deferred.
Ordered, That the Petitions of the Lord Craven, and Sir John Stowell, be read on Saturday next.
Probate of Wills.
Ordered, That the Amendments to the Bill for Probate of Wills, be reported on Monday Morning next.
Ld. Mohun's, &c. Petition.
Ordered, That the Petition of Warwick Lord Mohun, and others, be read this Day Sevennight.
Bullock's Petition.
Ordered, That Mr. Bullock's Petition be read on Saturday next.
Bastwick's Claims.

Ordered, That a Bill be brought-in for making the River of Avon navigable, at the Charge of the City of Bath.

The House this Day, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance, upon the Clause of the First Article, formerly postponed.
The said Clause was read.

Ordered, That the Door shall be kept shut; and that no Member shall go out of the House, without Order of the House.
The Question being put, That the House, and this Debate, be adjourned till Two of the Clock;

THE House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance.
The First Paragraph of the First Article was read.
The Question being put, That these Words "and Exercise thereof, to hold and enjoy the same, with the Rights, Privileges, and Prerogatives, justly, legally, and rightfully belonging thereunto," do stand in this Paragraph;
It passed with the Negative.
Resolved, That these Words, "to exercise the same according to the Laws of these Nations," be inserted, instead thereof.
Resolved, That this Debate be adjourned till Tomorrow Morning; nothing to intervene.
