Clement's Market.
A BILL for the establishing a common, open, and free Market in Clement's-Inn-Fields in the County of Middlesex, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on Saturday Sevennight.
Impropriations.
A Bill, enabling several Trustees to purchase-in Impropriations, and other Revenues, to maintain several Ministers and Lecturers in several Parishes within this Nation, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on Wednesday Morning next.
Newport Minister.
Major Bourman reports, Amendments to the Bill for Maintenance of the Minister in Newport in the Isle of Wight: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.
Ordered, That this Bill, thus amended, shall be ingrossed.
Remonstrance.
The House this Day, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance.
The Seventh Article was read:
Ordered, That this Debate be adjourned till Two of the Clock.

THE Question being put, That the Blank in this Article be filled up with these Words, "Thirteen hundred thousand Pounds: whereof Ten hundred thousand Pounds for the Navy and Army, and Three hundred thousand Pounds for the Support of the Government; and no Part thereof to be raised by a Land-Tax: And this not to be altered without the Consent of the Three Estates;"

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee for the Bills for York, to consider of the Petition of the Bailiffs and Commonalty of the Corporations of Dunwich and Southwould, in the County of Suffolk; and to bring in a Bills for imposing a Rate on Goods to be imported and exported into the Haven of Dunwich and Southwould, for the Repairing and Maintaining the said Haven; and to report the same to the House.
