Sheriff of Cornwall.
ORDERED, That John Elliott Esquire be discharged from being Sheriff of the County of Cornwall, for the Year ensuing.
Resolved, upon the Question, by the Parliament, That
James Prade, of Tremehow in the Parish of La Lant in
the County of Cornwall, be, and is hereby, nominated and
approved of to be Sheriff of the County of Cornwall; and
that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of
England do issue a Commission to him to be Sheriff of
the said County accordingly.
Committee of Petitions.
Resolved, That Tuesday next be appointed for the Report from the Committee for Petitions.
Nominations of Sheriffs.
Resolved, That Erasmus Earle Serjeant at Law be discharged from being Sheriff of the County of Norfolk for
the Year ensuing.
Resolved, upon the Question, by the Parliament, That
John Earle Esquire be, and is hereby, nominated and
approved of to be Sheriff of the County of Norffolk:
And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of
England do issue a Commission to him to be Sheriff of
the said County accordingly.
The Question being put, That Moses Tryan Esquire
be discharged from being Sheriff of the County of Northampton for the Year ensuing;
And the Question being put, That that Question be
now put;
It passed in the Affirmative.

Resolved, That Moses Tryan Esquire be discharged of
being Sheriff of the County of Northampton, for the Year
ensuing.

Peter Tryan Esquire be, and is hereby, nominated and
approved of to be Sheriff for the County of Northampton:
And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of
England do issue a Commission to him to be Sheriff of
the said County, accordingly.
Resolved, That Edward Doddington Esquire be discharged from being Sheriff of the County of Glamorgan,
for the Year ensuing.
Resolved, upon the Question, by the Parliament, That
Humfrey Wyndham Esquire be, and is hereby, nominated
and approved of to be Sheriff of the County of Glamorgan: And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great
Seal of England do issue a Commission to him, to be
Sheriff of the said County, accordingly.
Resolved, That Sir Hardolph Westneys Baronet be discharged from being Sheriff for the County of Nottingham,
for the Year ensuing.
Resolved, upon the Question, by the Parliament, That
Wm. Hickman Esquire be, and is hereby nominated and
approved of to be Sheriff of the County of Nottingham:
And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of
England do issue a Commission to him, to be Sheriff of
the said County, accordingly.
Resolved, That Douse Fuller Esquire be discharged from
being Sheriff of the County of Berks, for the Year ensuing.
Resolved, upon the Question, by the Parliament, That
Wm. Backhowse Esquire be, and is hereby, nominated
and approved of to be Sheriff of the County of Berks:
And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of
England do issue a Commission to him, to be Sheriff of
the said County, accordingly.
