Prayers,

Grant to Wogan.

ORDERED, That the Commissioners of the Parliament in Ireland be, and are hereby, impowered and authorized to put Thomas Wogan Esquire, or his Assigns, into Possession of Lands of Inheritance of the yearly Value of Three hundred Pounds, formerly ordered unto him by the Parliament the 13th of April 1652; and to certify the Particulars and Values thereof, in order to the preparing an Act for settling the said Lands upon the said Thomas Wogan, and his Heirs.

Relief under Articles.

Colonel Rich reports Amendments to the Act for reviving a former Act for Relief of Persons upon Articles: Which were this Day read the First and Second time.

The Question being put, Whether any Member of the Parliament shall be a Commissioner in this Act;

It passed with the Negative.

The Question being put, That Sir Wm. Row be one of the Commissioners in this Bill:

The House was divided:
The Yeas went forth.

And the main Question being put; It was

Resolved, That the Quorum of the Commissioners be Nine.

Resolved, That the last Clause in the Amendments be re-committed.

Committee of Indemnity.

Ordered, That the Act for settling the Powers of the late Committee of Indemnity in other Persons, be brought in on Tuesday Morning next, the first Business; nothing to intervene.
