Members summoned.

RESOLVED, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House do go with his Mace into WestminsterHall; and require the Members of Parliament, that are there, to come and give their Attendance in this House.

Naylor's Imprisonment.

Resolved, That it be referred to the Governors of Bridewell, to take Order touching James Naylor's Wife coming to him; and to see that he be accommodated with convenient Necessaries.

Militia.

The House this Day, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Bill touching the Militia Forces.

The Question being put, That a Day be appointed for the Second Reading of this Bill touching the Militia Forces;

The House was divided.

The Noes went forth.

So it passed in the Negative.

The Question being propounded, That this Bill be rejected;
