ORDERED, That the Bill touching Copyhold Estates be referred to the Committee, to whom the Bill for Recusants is referred.

Acclom's Estate.

A Bill for enabling Thomas Acclom to sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Robinson, Colonel Rous, Lord Strickland, Mr. Atkins, Lord Evers, Lord Cleypoole, Colonel Brook, Colonel Fitz-James, Mr. Marbury, Colonel Lassells, Major Owen, MajorGeneral Whaley, Colonel Carter, Colonel Hewson, Mr. Fowell, Mr. Godfrey, Mr. Trumbull, Mr. Margetts, Sir William Strickland, Mr. Bodurda, Major-General Goff, Mr. Lister, Colonel Bethell, Colonel Twisleton: And are to meet To-morrow, at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Grant to Gen. Monck.

Ordered, That the Bill for settling Lands on General George Monck, be read on Friday Morning next.

Northampton Ministers.

A Bill for the better Provision of Maintenance of Ministers in the Town of Northampton, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Harvey, Mr. Robinson, Major-General Packer, Sir Wm. Strickland, Colonel Mathews, Mr. Bampfeild, Lord Cleypoole, Colonel Whetham, Colonel Rous, Mr. Gorges, Mr. Sheild, Mr. Bedford, Mr. Tymbs, Colonel White, Mr. Margetts, Major-General Lilborne, Major Burton, Mr. Aldworth, General Disbrow, Alderman Foote, MajorGeneral Kelsey, Captain Scotton, Colonel Blake, Mr. Downing, Mr. Hall, Mr. Drake, Alderman Tigh, Mr. Moody, Colonel Carter, Sir Gilbert Pickering, Mr. Bond, Mr. Fowell, Sir Christofer Pack, Mr. Briscoe, Captain Blackwell, Mr. Atkins, Major-General Howard: And are to meet To-morrow, at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the Duchy-Chamber.

Resolved, That the Trustees for Maintenance of Ministers do bring in an Account to this Committee, what Revenues come into their Hands, or is settled on them for Maintenance of Ministers; and how the same is disposed of.

Resolved, That the additional Bill for Encouragement for Trade and Navigation, be read the Second time Tomorrow Morning.

Judgment against Naylor.

The House being informed, That James Naylor was brought to the Door, according to the Order made Yesterday, that he should be brought to the Bar, to receive the Judgment and the Resolve made Yesterday, touching the said James Nayler, for his Punishment;

Resolved, That these Words be added to the said Resolution; viz. "And the Parliament doth declare and adjudge the same; accordingly."

The Question being propounded, That James Nayler be called in; and, before Judgment pronounced, he be demanded, Whether he hath any Thing to say, why Judgment should not be pronounced on him;

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

The House was divided:

The Noes went forth.

So it passed in the Negative.

The said James Nayler was, by Order of the House, brought to the Bar, where Mr. Speaker acquainted him with the Heinousness of the Crimes of which the Parliament had found him guilty: And accordingly did pronounce the Judgment against him.

And thereupon withdrew.

Union with Ireland.

Resolved, That the House be resolved into a Grand Committee on Friday next, upon the Bill for uniting Ireland into one Commonwealth with England.

Nayler's Associates.

Resolved, That the Petitions from the Counties, and the Business about the Women which were apprehended with James Nayler, be taken up To-morrow Morning; nothing to intervene.
