Relief of Creditors, &c.

Mr. Anlaby reports from the Committee for Prisons and Prisoners, Amendments to the Bill for the Relief of Creditors and poor Prisoners: Which were twice read; and divers of them agreed: And the Bill, with the Amendments, re-committed to the same Committee: And Mr. St. Nicholas and Colonel Jones are added to that Committee, for this Purpose.

Leave of Absence.

Resolved, That Colonel West have Leave to be absent for a Month.

Resolved, That Mr. Cunliff have Leave to be absent for a Month.

Resolved, That Captain Bellott have Leave to be absent for a Month.

Duchy of Lancaster.

Resolved, That a Bill be brought in for Continuance of the Jurisdiction of the County Palatine of Lancaster, till the House take further Order.

A Bill for continuing John Bradshaw Serjeant at Law, Chancellor of the Duchy and County Palatine of Lancaster, and Bartholomew Hall Esquire, AttorneyGeneral of the Duchy of Lancaster; and for continuing the Jurisdiction of the said Duchy and County Palatine; was this Day read the First time.

The Question being put, That this Bill be read the Second time.

It passed with the Negative.

Resolved, That this Bill be rejected.

Trade.

Resolved, That the Quorum of the Committee of Trade be Five.

Transporting Corn.

Resolved, That a Committee shall consider concerning the Transportation of Corn: And that it be referred to the Committee for Trade.

Irish Affairs.

Resolved, That the Bill for Ireland, be read on Monday Morning next.

Call of the House.

Resolved, That the House be called on Tuesday Morning next.

Recusants Estates.

Resolved, That the Committee to whom the Bill touching Papists Two Parts, is committed, be enjoined to meet this Afternoon, at Two of the Clock.
