Prayers.
Publick Revenue.
MAJOR Salwey reports, from the Council of State, That Major Salwey be desired humbly to represent to the Parliament, the distracted Estate of the Treasury, as it now stands; the great Inconveniences whereof the Council finds, by Experience, every Day, in the Management of those Affairs the Parliament hath committed to them; and therefore humbly to remind the Parliament of resuming the Consideration of the Bill now depending before them, relating to that Business: As also concerning the executory Part of the Admiralty; many Difficulties daily arising from the Way it is now managed in.
Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Act touching the Treasury was referred, be revived: And that they meet at Two of Clock in the Afternoon; and bring in Names of fit Persons for Supervisors of the Treasury; and make their Report, on Friday Morning next.
Admiralty.
Ordered, That the Committee of the Navy do make Report of the Bill for settling the Admiralty, on Friday Morning next: And that they be, and are hereby, impowered to present Names of Persons to be intrusted in that Business.
The Question being put, That the Persons to be named be no Members of Parliament;

Forefeited Estates.
Resolved, That the Act for Sale of several Lands and Estates forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason, be read the Third time on Tuesday Morning next, after the Business touching the Portugall Ambassador: And that Mr. Speaker do put the House in mind thereof.
Correspondence with Venice.
The Translate of the Letter from the State of Venice was this Day read.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Council of State, to hear the Gentleman that brought the Letter from the State of Venice, and to do therein as they shall think fit.
Scaffolds about Paul's.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Lord Mayor of London, and the Court of Aldermen, to take care for the pulling down the Scaffolds about Paul's; and that they be sold to the best Advantage; and the Money thereof arising to be disposed of towards the Payment of the Publick Faith, according to such Distributions as shall be made by the Committee of Parliament, touching the Public Faith.
