ORDERED, That the Act for New England be reported This-day-sevennight, the first Business; nothing to intervene.

Countess of Exeter.

Ordered, That the Petition of Elizabeth Countess Dowager of Exeter be taken into Consideration on Tuesday next.

Late King's Property.

An Act for Sale of the Goods of the late King, Queen, and Prince, was this Day read the Third time.

Capt. Scott.

Ordered, That Captain Scott's Business be reported on Thursday-come-sevennight.

Transporting Felons.

Resolved, &c. That an Act be brought in, for Transportation of some Felons, now in Newgate, beyond the Seas, by the Lord Mayor and Aldermen of London: And that Alderman Penington, do bring in an Act for that Purpose.

Customs.

Mr. Marten reports from the Council of State, a Proposition made by the old Customers; and the humble Petition of Sir Paul Pyndar, Sir John Jacob, Knights, and others, late contracted Farmers of the Customs, together with their Creditors; and also a Remonstrance of the State of the Business of Sir Paul Pyndar, Sir John Jacob, Knights, and others, late contracted Farmers of the Customs, for their Debt owing by the late King unto them thereupon.

Which were all read.

The Question being propounded, That the further Consideration of this Petition and Proposition be totally laid aside;

The Question was put, that this Question be now put;
