Importing Bullion.
COLONEL Thompson reports from the Committee of the Navy, Amendments to the Act touching importing Foreign Coin and Bullion: Which were this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, assented unto.
And the Question being put, That the said Act be ingrossed;
It passed with the Negative.
And the said Act, being put to the Question, passed: And
It is Ordered, That the said Act be forthwith printed and published.
Leveson's Petition.
The humble Petition of Sir Richard Leveson, Knight of the Bath, was this Day read.
Delinquents Estates.
Mr. Garland reports Amendments to the Act for Sale of several Delinquents Estates: Which were read the First and Second time.
The Question being put, That this House doth agree with the Committee, That the Forfeitures of the Delinquents Estates named in this Act shall be from the Time of their respective Treasons;
It passed with the Negative.
The Question being propounded, That the Time of their Forfeiture be from the Fourth of January 1641;
And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;
The House was divided.
The Noes went forth.
