Prayers.

Invalid Soldiers.

ORDERED, That Five hundred Pounds, as it shall come in upon the Ordinance of the Eighth of July 1644, intituled, An additional Ordinance for the Excise, and new Impost, be paid, by the Commissioners of Excise, to the Treasurers for maimed Soldiers, for Defraying of the Charges of the maimed Soldiers appointed to go to the Bath for Recovery of their Health.

Transporting Coin.

An Act prohibiting the Transportation of Coin and Bullion into Foreign Parts, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Sir James Harrington, Mr. Alderman Allen, Major Salwey, Mr. Bond, Mr. Hill, Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Mr. Holland, Mr. Richard Darley, Mr. Marten, Sir Wm. Armyn, Colonel Harvey, Colonel Thompson, Mr. Scott, Mr. Tho. Challoner, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Lister, Mr. Carey, Colonel Wauton, Mr. Nevill, Mr. Francis Pierpoint, Colonel Ven, Mr. Say, Lord Commissioner Lisle, Colonel Bossevile, Mr. Masham, Mr. Gold, Mr. Clement, Mr. Garland, Sir Henry Vane junior; or to any Five of them: And all that come to have Voices: And this Committee are to meet at Eight of Clock, on Friday Morning, in the Speaker's Chamber; and so de die in diem.

And the special Care hereof is committed to Mr. Alderman Allen, and Major Salwey.

Trade.

Ordered, That the Report be made of the Bill for Trade, on Tuesday Morning next.

Lord Deincourt's Estate.

An Act for Sale of all the Manors, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments of the Lord Deincourt, was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Colonel Bossevile, Mr. Bond, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Hill, Mr. Moyle, Colonel Rich, Major Salway, Mr. Say, Colonel Jones, Major Lister, Mr. Ralegh, Sir James Harrington, Colonel Fleetwood, Sir Peter Wentworth, Colonel Morley, Mr. Oldesworth, Mr. Snelling; or any Five of them: And this Committee are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Exchequer Chamber.

The humble Petition of Nicholas Leeke Esquire, was this Day read.

Ordered, That the Bill for Sir Wm. Constable, be read on Tuesday Morning next.

Sequestrations.

An Act impowering the Commissioners for Sequestrations to examine upon Oath, and to give Acquittances for the Monies they shall receive, was this Day read the First and Second time.

And the Question being put, That the said Act be ingrossed;

It passed with the Negative.

And the Act, being put to the Question, passed.
