Prayers.

Fee-farm Rents.

MR. Attorney General reports Amendments to the Bill for settling the Fee-farm Rents belonging to the Commonwealth of England, formerly payable to the Crown of England, Duchy of Lancaster, and Duchy of Cornwall: Which were this Day read the First and Second time.

And the Question being propounded, that the Contractors and Trustees for Sale of the Lands of the late King, Queen, and Prince, shall be both Contractors and Trustees in the Sale of the Fee-farm Rents; and that the Treasurers, Register, and Comptroller, for Sale of the said Lands, shall be in the same respective Offices and Employments for Sale of these Fee-farm Rents;

And the Question being put, that this Question be now put;

It passed with the Affirmative.

And the main Question being put;

It was Resolved, That the Contractors and Trustees for Sale of the Lands of the late King, Queen, and Prince, shall be both Contractors and Trustees in the Sale of the Fee-farm Rents; and that the Treasurers, Register, and Comptroller, for Sale of the said Lands, shall be in the same respective Offices and Employments for Sale of these Fee-farm Rents.

The Question being propounded, That the Salary for all the Officers employed in Sale of the Fee-farm Rents shall be Three-pence in the Pound.

And the Question being put, That the Question be now put;

It passed with the Affirmative.

And the main Question being put;

It was Resolved, That the Salary for all the Officers employed in the Sale of Fee-farm Rents, shall be Threepence in the Pound.

Resolved, That the Debate upon the Amendments to the Act for Sale of the Fee-farm Rents be adjourned until Thursday Morning next.
