Prayers.

Admission of a Member.

MR. Holland reports from the Committee touching absent Members, That Mr. Lenthall hath given Satisfaction to the said Committee.

Ordered, That Mr. Lenthall be admitted into the House.

Sir W. Dick.

Ordered, That Mr. Allen do report the Business touching Sir William Dick, on Monday Morning next, the first Business; nothing to intervene.

Powell's Petition.

Ordered, That Mrs. Bridgett Powell's Petition be read on Monday Morning next.

Aylosse's Accompts.

Ordered, That the Petition of Colonel Thomas Ayloffe be referred to the Committee of Accompts at Worcester House; to state the Accompts of the Petitioner, and report it to the House.

Gunter's &c. Petitions.

Ordered, That the Petition of Mrs. Gunter and Mrs. Hopkinson be read on Monday Morning next.

Excise.

Mr. Reynolds reports an Act touching the settling the Receipt of the Grand Excise.

Which was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed unto the Committee of the Navy: And all that come to have Voices: And that they sit in the Star Chamber, To-morrow in the Afternoon; and so de die in diem: With Power to the said Committee to receive any Propositions or Informations, that they shall think fit, for the regulating or advancing of the Excise; and to send for Persons, Papers, and Witnesses, and what else shall conduce to the Business: And the Committee are to report it with all convenient Speed.

General Cromwell.

Ordered, That the Lieutenant General's Commission be read, the first Business, To-morrow Morning; nothing to intervene.

Business to be done.

Ordered, That the Report from the Council of State, touching what are necessary to be taken into Consideration by the House before the Adjournment, be made next after the Lieutenant General's Commission be read.
