PRAYERS.
Person to attend.
MR. George undertakes to the House, that Sir H. Tracye shall appear before the Committee this Afternoon; and thereupon, the Warrant that was ordered to issue under Mr. Speaker's Hand, for bringing him, by the Serjeant at Arms, was respited.
Production of Records.
Ordered, That, without waving the Privilege of this House, the House is content, at this time, that there shall be Search made in the King's Bench, and Copies of such Records taken and brought hither, as the House shall appoint.
Person sent for.
Ordered,-Doctor Hurske to be sent for, by Warrant from this House, to be here, at the Committee for Religion, on Monday next.

Fleetwood, Sir Walth. Erle, Mr. Owen, Sir Peter Heyman, and to all the Lawyers of the House; to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Star Chamber.
Convocation House.
Sir W. Erle moves the House, to take Notice of a Commission he understands they have at this time in the Convocation House.
Ship Money.
Mr. Hayward being demanded by Mr. Speaker, for the Inrollment of the Judges Resolutions concerning Ship Money, saith, the Six Clerks brought in the Rolls but the other Day, and that they are not calendered, that he cannot readily find them.
Richard Broughton, Clerk of the Chapel of Rolls, brought into the House the Bundles of Ship Writs of 10° and 11° Car. Regis.
Treasurers of Subsidies.
A Petition read from the Treasurers of Three Subsidies, and Three Fifteens, granted in Parliament Anno vicesimo primo Jacobi Regis.
Referred to a Committee, viz.
Mr. Pimme, Mr. Wainsford, Mr. Alderman Soames, Sir Jo. Jacob, Sir Peter Hayman, Mr. Pennington, Sir Rich. Wynne, Sir Arthur Ingram, Mr. Vassals;
This Committee is to meet on Tuesday next, at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the Star Chamber; and they have Power to send for any of the Auditors, to assist them.

Ordered, That a Warrant shall issue forth, under Mr. Speaker's Hand, to require the Petitioners to attend the said Committee at the Time and Place.
Answer from Lords.
Mr. Secretary Windebank reported the Message he delivered from this House to the Lords.-They are very willing to join with this House, in that that is proposed. -For the Time, they will know his Majesty's Pleasure, and signify it unto this House.

Smart's Petition.
There was a Petition offered, by a Member of the House, to be read, from one Peter Smart, Prisoner in the King's Bench; but it was returned, because it was not subscribed. Afterward it was subscribed, and offered again; but the House being in the Midst of another Business, it was deferred till another Time.
Ship Money.
Mr. Treasurer, Sir Tho. Witherington Mr. St. John, Mr. Charles Jones, Mr. Holborne, Sir Walther Erle, Mr. Edw. Hide, Mr. Pymme, Sir Tho. Fanshaw, Mr. Maynard, Mr. Hampden, Mr. Grimston, Mr. Harrison, Sir John Cutts, Mr. Lentall, Mr. Solicitor, Sir Fr. Seymour, Sir Wm. Pennyman;
This Committee is to peruse the Records that were produced here this Day, and by perusing them, and such Records also as concern Mr. Baites his Case, and those that concern Mr. Vassalls's, or by taking Copies of them, to prepare the Business in such a Way, as may fit it for the Proceedings of the House; and are to meet this Afternoon, at Four of Clock, in the Exchequer Chamber: And this Committee hath Power to send to some of the Sheriffs of the next adjacent counties, to bring to them all such Letters and Instructions as they have at any time received from the Lords of the Privy Council, concerning Ship Money: And such Members of this House as now are or lately have been Sheriffs, and have received any such Letters or Instructions, are to bring the same to the said Committee.

Mr. Jo. Arthur, Deputy Clerk of the Star Chamber, brought into the House the Informations against Sir Jo. Ellyott, Mr. Strode, &c. the Pleas, Demurrers, and Orders thereupon; the Inrollment of the King's Letter; the Case; and, the Judges Resolutions.
Mr. Jo. Cox, Deputy Clerk of the Treasury of the Common Pleas, brought in the Record of Hilary Term, 12mo Caroli Regis; wherein the Opinion of the Judges is inrolled.
Mr. Boothby, of the Exchequer, and Mr. Hayward, of the Petty Bag Office, delivered in, to the Clerk, Particulars of such Records as they brought: Which Particulars, together with the Order, were after delivered to the Committee appointed to peruse the Records, &c.
Committees.
The Committees appointed to sit this Afternoon, are to be suspended during the Attendance of this House upon his Majesty; and afterwards; they are to take Place according to former Order.

The House to meet Mr. Speaker at Whitehall, and so to go along with him, to attend his Majesty.
