PRAYERS.

Waggon Money.

ORDERED, That the State of the Engagement concerning the Waggon-monies, be reported on Thursday Morning.

Strode's Impeachment.

The ingrossed Articles of Impeachment of Sir Geo. Strode Knight, for High Crimes and Misdemeanors by him committed, was now read; and, upon Question, assented unto; and ordered to be sent unto the Lords.

Spencer's Impeachment.

The ingroffed Articles of Impeachment of Richard Spencer Esquire, for High Crimes and Misdemeanors by him committed, was now read; and, by Vote upon the Queftion, assented unto; and ordered to be sent unto the Lords.

Conference.

That, To-morrow Morning, Sir H. Mildmay desire a Conference with the Lords, concerning the Impeachment of Sir Geo. Strode and Mr. Spencer; and concerning the Declaration received from the Scotts: And Mr. Peard; Mr. Reynolds, Mr. Lisle, Mr. Prideaux, Sir Wm. Lewes, are to manage the first Part of the Conference; Mr. Pym and Mr. Hollis the Second Part.

He is likewise to desire the Lords, That the Committee of that House may meet with the Committee of this House, to digest the Depositions in a fit Way fit for Publication.

Declaration.

Ordered, That the Committee for the Declaration at large, do meet, To-morrow, between Six and Seven.

Depositions.

Ordered, That the Committee concerning the Depositions, do meet, on Thursday next, at Two post meridiem, in the Inner Court of Wards; to consider of the Depositions, and to digest them in a fit Way for Publication.

Message to Lords.

Ordered, That Mr. Wheeler do carry up to the Lords, the Order concerning the Disposing of the Monies collected at Bristoll; and the Order for the Payment of the Monies advanced by the Gentlemen of Bucks, upon the Act of Contribution.

Burgesses of Bristoll.

Ordered, That Mr. Peard do, To-morrow Morning peremptorily, report the Case of the Burgesses of Bristoll.

Raising Money.

Ordered, That, To-morrow Morning, (all other Businesses laid aside) the House, before any other Business intervene, do take into Consideration some speedy Course for Raising of present Monies: And that every Man do seriously consider with himself, of some Propositions to be offered to the House, for advancing of present Monies.

Loan from Merchant Adventurers.

Ordered, That Sir Tho. Barrington, Sir H. Mildmay, Mr. Reynolds, Mr. Wheeler, Sir Jo. Evelyn, and Mr. Constantine, do treat with the Merchants Adventurers, for the Forbearing of the Seventy thousand Pounds, lent by them to the Use of the Commonwealth, which is secured, and to be repaid, out of the Bill of Four hundred thousand Pounds; and to move them, that they would make up the Seventy thousand Pounds an Hundred thousand Pounds; and take an especial Act of Parliament for the Security of the Whole.

And the Merchant Adventurers are left at Liberty to bring a Bill to Mr. Speaker: And he is appointed to acquaint the House with it, so soon as it comes to his Hands.

Irifh Adventure.

Ordered, That Mr. Reynolds do bring in a Bill, on Thursday Morning, concerning the further Adventure for Ireland, upon the Debate and Propositions this Day had and made.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Edw. Leech and Dr. Aylett;

Paper from Secretary Nicholas.

The Lords have commanded to send unto you this Paper: It has no Hand to it; but it is attested by Two Witnesses, that it came from the Hands of Mr. Secretary Nicholas: And desire that it may be referred to the Committee appointed to take his Majesty's last Message into Consideration.

Proceedings against Inigo Jones.

They have likewise appointed on Friday next to hear the Cause between Inigo Jones, and the Parish of St. Gregorie's by Paule's.

Ordered, That Sir Tho. Widdrington, Mr. Palmer, Mr. Kirton, and Sir Dudley North, do prepare themselves to manage the Evidence against Inigo Jones, on Friday next, before the Lords, upon the Impeachment of the Commons: And that a Copy of this Order be sent to the Gentlemen now absent.

The King's restraining Persons Attendance on Parliament.

I HAVE, according to your Desires, acquainted his Majesty with the Three Orders you shewed me from the Parliament, for Summoning of some of his Majesty's Servants, and others of this County, to attend the Parliament: Whereto his Majesty hath commanded me to give you this Answer;

"That He will not give Way that any of His Servants, or others of this County, shall go out of the Shire, until He shall have Justice done Him by the Parliament, against Sir John Hotham, for the Affront and Indignity offered His Majesty at Hull."

Ordered, That this Paper, now sent from the Lords, concerning his Majesty's injoining his Majesty's Servants and others of the County of Yorke, not to attend the Parliament upon their Summons, be referred to the Committee of both Houses appointed to consider of his Majesty's last Message.

Riots in Waltham, &c. Forests.

Ordered, That Mr. Solicitor do prepare an Order, and present it to the House, for Suppressing of riotous Assemblies gathered together in the Forests of Waltham, Enfield, Windesore, and Shottover, for the Killing and Destroying the King's Deer there: And that Directions be sent to the Lord Chief Justice in Eyre, to give unto the Parliament a speedy Notice of such Riots as he shall be informed of in any other of his Majesty's Forests, that they may seasonably prevent it.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, Mr. Bisse shall have Leave to go to the Bath for the Recovery of his Health.

Money Committee.

Ordered, That the Committee concerning Money shall have Power to sit when and where they please.

Raising Men for Ireland, &c.

Ordered, That the House do To-morrow Morning, take into Consideration some Way for the Raising of Men for Ireland; and for the additional Forces by Sea; in case the Commission sent to his Majesty, be not returned by that time.
