A Message from the Lords, by Serjeant Finch and Serjeant Glanvile;
The Lords have sent down Two Bills; the One for Ordering of the Militia in the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of Wales; which they desire may be taken into Consideration with all Expedition: The other for confirming Letters Patents granted to Sir Philip Vermuyden, &c.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this Bill shall be now read the Second time 2da vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Ordering the Militia in the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of Wales; and, upon Question, committed unto a Committee of the whole House; to meet upon it presently.
Resolved, upon the Question, That the House be presently resolved into a Committee, to take into Consideration the Bill for the Ordering of the Militia in the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of Wales.
