King appoints to be attended.

THE Earl of Ranelagh acquainted the House, That he having, pursuant to their Order, waited upon his Majesty, to know when he would be pleased to be attended by this House, his Majesty had been pleased to appoint To-morrow, at Three a Clock in the Afternoon, in the Banqueting-house at Whitehall.

Vesting Interest in Judgments.

A Bill to vest the Interest of Judgments, and other Securities assigned, in the Assignees, was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Wm. Williams, Sir Tho. Mompesson, Sir John Elwell, Mr. Hoblyn, Mr. Morgan, Sir John Bolles, Mr. Sloane, Sir Hen. Colt, Sir Richard Onslow, Mr. Tayler, Mr. Foley, Sir John Phillips, Mr. Bertie, Mr. Thompson, Mr. Mountague, Mr. Lowther, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Ravenscroft, Mr. Colt, Mr. Boscawen, Mr. Baldwyn, Mr. Ash, Mr. Norris, Mr. Farrer, Mr. Pocklington, Mr. York, Sir Wm. York, Mr. Bertie, Mr. Venables, Sir Wm. Ashurst, Sir Tho. Davall; and all the Gentlemen of the Long Robe; and all the Merchants of the House: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Three a Clock, in the Speaker's Chambers.

Poor Employment.

Resolved, That a Committee be appointed to consider by what Means the Poor may be better provided for, and employed; and to receive Proposals, in relation thereunto.

Oaths relating to Tallies and Exchequer Business.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for Relief of such Persons who have not registered their Tallies, pursuant to the Act, made the last Session of Parliament, for making good the Deficiencies of several Funds therein mentioned: And that Mr. Lowndes do prepare, and bring in, the Bill.

And it is to be an Instruction, That he do provide how the Numbers of Tallies and Orders, made by virtue of the said Act, may be lessened; preserving the Interest of the Persons concerned, and the Course of Payment.

Supply.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Motion made Yesterday for a Supply to be granted to his Majesty.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

The House being informed, That there was a Difference in the Committee who should take the chair of the Committee;

And it being moved, That Sir Thomas Littleton may take it;

Resolved, That Sir Thomas Littleton do take the Chair of the said Committee.

Then the House resolved itself into the said Committee.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton reported from the said Committee, That they had come to a Resolution; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made To-morrow Morning.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine a Clock.
