MR. Beddingfield, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for settling the Inheritance of some Parts of the Estate of Charles Turner Esquire, which lie dispersed, in himself; and settling an entire Estate, of greater Value, in lieu thereof, to the Uses that the other Estate stands settled: And the same was received; and read the First time.
Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.
St. John of Wapping Parish.
A Bill for the Endowment of a Chapel at Wapping, and making of it Parochial, and distinct from the Parish of Whitechapel, was read the First time.

Stevens's Estate.
Colonel Perry, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for Sale of the Estate of William Stevens, deceased, for Payment of the Mortgage thereupon; and applying the Overplus for the Benefit of his Sons: And the same was received.
Preventing export of Wool, &c.
Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the better preventing the Exportation of Wool, Fulling and Scouring Earth, by altering the Penalty; and for the better Regulating of the Factors at Blackwell-hall: And that Sir John Guise do prepare, and bring in, the same.
Boats carrying Coals.
Sir Ralph Carr, according to Order, presented to the House a Bill for the measuring, by a dead Weight, the Keels and Boats within the River of Newcastle upon Tyne, and the Ports adjacent, which carry Coals: And the same was received.
Preventing Export of Bullion.
A Bill to prevent the Exportation of English Bullion was read the Second time.

Punishing Mutiny and Desertion.
Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for Continuance of the Act for punishing Officers and Soldiers who shall mutiny, or desert their Majesties Service; and for punishing false Musters; and for the Payment of Quarters for one Year longer: And that the Lord Colchester do prepare, and bring in, the same.
Delays at Quarter Sessions.
Sir Joseph Tredenham reported from the Committee, to whom the Bill to prevent Delays of Proceedings at the Quarter-Sessions was committed, That they had made several Amendments to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House; and which he read in his Place, with the Coherence; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one; and, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House.
Ordered, That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed.

Worcester Election.
Ordered, That the Report from the Committee of Elections and Privileges, touching the Election for the City of Worcester, be made upon Wednesday Morning next.
Irish Forfeitures.
A Bill for vesting the forfeited Estates in Ireland in their Majesties, to be applied to the Use of the War, was read the Second time.
Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.
Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the said Bill.

Resolved, That this House will upon Friday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the Naturalization of all such Protestants as shall take the Oaths to their Majesties, and the Test against Popery.
Pensions, &c. to Members.
Ordered, That the Commissioners for stating the publick Accounts do, upon Wednesday Morning next, after the Report touching the Election for the City of Worcester is over, lay before this House an Account of the Pensions, Salaries, and Sums of Money, paid or payable to Members of Parliament, out of the publick Revenue, or otherwise.
Ways and Means.
The House, according to the Order of the Day, resumed the adjourned Debate of Thursday last, upon the first Resolution reported from the Committee of the whole House, who were to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties, for the Service of the Year 1694.
And the said Resolution was again read.
And afterwards, the several Resolutions reported from the said Committee were also read a Second time.
Resolved, That all the said several Resolutions be recommitted to the Committee of the whole House, to whom it is referred to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties, for the Maintenance of the Fleet, and Land-Forces, for the Service of the Year 1694.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Monday Morning at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole House, to consider further of Ways and Meas for raising the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties, for the Maintenance of the Fleet, and the Land-Forces, for the Service of the Year 1694.
