Parkin' Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Sir Thomas Parkins Baronet to sell certain Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in Huby and Easingwould, in the County of York; and settling other Lands and Hereditaments, of greater Value, in lieu thereof; was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. Thornhagh, Sir William Ashurst, Sir Eliab Harvey, Sir Wm Scawen, Mr. Staines, Mr. Brotherton, Mr. Mountague, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Lowther, Mr. Elwill, Mr. Foley, Sir John Bolles, Mr. Serjeant Bond, Sir John Fagg, Sir William York, Mr. Slater, Sir John Kay, Mr. Whitacre, Mr. Burdet, Mr. Peirpoint, Mr. Morgan, Sir Matth. Andrews, Sir Rowl. Gwyn, Mr. Frewen; and all the Members that serve for the Counties of York, Leicester, Nottingham, and Lincolne: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Four a Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees be revived.

Darwent Navigation.

Ordered, That the Bill for making navigable the River Darwent, in the County of Derby, be read a Second time upon this Day Sevennight.

Members summoned.

Ordered, That the Serjeant at Arms do go into Westminster-hall, Court of Requests, and Places adjacent, with his Mace, and summon the Members there to attend the Service of the House.

And he went accordingly.

Encouragement of Privateers.

A Bill for the Encouragement of Privateers was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Resolved, That this House will, upon this Day Sevennight, in the Morning, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the said Bill.

Call of the House.

Ordered, That the House be called over upon Tomorrow Sevennight.

Ordered, That such Members of this House as shall not then attend the Service of the House, be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House.

Answer to Address.

Mr. Secretary Trumball acquainted the House, That their Address having been presented to his Majesty, That he would please to procure, that all Commodities and Provisions that shall be transported from England, for the Use of the Forces in his Majesty's Pay abroad, may be exempted from any Duty of Excise throughout the Spanish and United Netherlands, that his Majesty was pleased to give this Answer, That what was desired by the said Address, had been done, in a good measure, for several Years; and that he would see what can be further done in it.

Angier's Estate.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for enabling John Angier, an Infant, to make a Lease for Improvement of his Estate.

Coinage.

The Order of the Day, for the House to resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Bill for regulating the Coinage of the Silver Money of this Kingdom, being read;

Ordered, That the said Committee have Power to receive a Clause of Loan for such as will advance Money on Credit of the Exchequer, in general, transferrable to such Fund, or Funds, as shall be settled by Parliament, towards making good the Deficiency of the clipped Money.

Recompence for clipped Money.

Ordered, That the said Committee do take care, that all Persons who shall bring in any clipped Money, above what is for Taxes, have a Recompence for the same.

Blount's Estate.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Richard Holford and Mr. Pitt:

Mr. Speaker,

The Lords have agreed to the Bill, intituled, An Act to enable Sir Thomas Pope Blount Baronet to make a Settlement, upon the Marriage of his eldest Son, without any Amendments.

And then the Messengers withdrew.

Coinage.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Bill for regulating the Coinage of the Silver Money of this Kingdom.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill, and had made several Amendments; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.

A Motion being made, and the Question being put, That the Report be received upon Friday Morning next;

The House divided.

The Yeas go forth.

So it passed in the Negative.

Ordered, That the said Report be made To-morrow Morning.

State of the Nation.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Sevennight, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the State of the Nation.
