Mitchell Return amended.

THE Clerk of the Crown attended, and, according to Order, took off the Return of Anthony Row Esquire, and Thomas Dodson Esquire, for the Borough of Mitchell, in the County of Cornwall.

Preventing Export of Wool.

A Bill to prevent the Exportation of Wool, and encourage the Importation thereof from Ireland, was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. Blofeild, Sir John Bolles, Mr. Gardner, Mr. Lowther, Mr. Thompson, Mr. Stonehouse, Mr. Elwill, Mr. Ogle, Sir Jerv. Elwes, Mr. Thornhagh, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Baldwyn, Sir Edward Abney, Mr. Sandford, Mr. Hoare, Mr. Clarke, Mr. Burdet, Mr. Mansell, Mr. Molesworth, Mr. Slater, Sir Mar. Wyvell, Sir Math. Andrews, Lord Coningsby, Mr. England, Mr. Speke, Mr. Pocklington, Mr. Newport, Mr. Hedger, Mr. Tanner, Mr. White, Mr. Fagg, Mr. Henly, Mr. How, Mr. Moore, Mr. Pelham, Sir Ra. Dutton, Sir Tho. Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees be revived.

Wearing Gold and Silver.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill to prohibit the Wearing of any Gold or Silver during the War: And that Mr. Heveningham do prepare, and bring in, the Bill.

Conference with Lords.

Mr. Boyle reported, That he having, according to Order, been at the Lords, to desire a Conference upon the Subject-matter of the last Conference, they do agree to a Conference, presently, in the Painted Chamber.

Resolved, That the Members who managed the last Conference do manage this Conference.

And the Managers went to the Conference.

And, being returned;

Mr. Boyle reported, That they had met the Lords at the Conference; and acquainted them with the Concurrence of this House to the Address sent from their Lordships: and left the Address with them.

Clipped Money Deficiency.

The Order of the Day, for the House to resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of Ways and Means for raising a Fund, or Funds, for supplying the Deficiencies of the clipped Money, was read.

Resolved, That the said Committee have Power to send for Persons, and receive Proposals in relation thereunto.

Then the House resolved itself into the said Committee.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Colonel Granville took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Colonel Granville reported from the said Committee, That they had made some Progress in the Matter to them referred; and come to a Resolution; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made To-morrow Morning.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine a Clock.
