Prayers.

Supply.

RESOLVED, That this House will, upon Tuesday Morning next, at Ten a Clock resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Supply to be granted to their Majesties, for the carrying on the War against France with Vigour.

Army Estimate.

A Motion being made, and the Question being proposed, That an humble Address be presented to his Majesty, That he will please to command, That an Estimate for the next Year's Service, for the War, be laid before this House;

The previous Question was put, That That Question be now put:

The House divided.

The Noes go forth.

So it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Then the main Question being put;

Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to his Majesty, That he will please to command, That an Estimate for the next Year's Service, for the War, be laid before this House.

Resolved, That the said Address be presented to his Majesty, by such Members of this House as are of his Majesty's most Honourable Privy-Council.

Monies paid to the Fleet, &c.

Ordered, That the Account from the Commissioners for taking and stating the publick Accounts of the Monies paid to the Fleet, to the Army, to the Allies, and for Forage, be referred to the Consideration of the Committee of the whole House, who are to consider of the Supply to be granted to their Majesties for the carrying on the War against France with Vigour.

Quotas of Allies.

Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to his Majesty, by such Members of this House as are of his Majesty's most Honourable Privy-Council, That he will please to command, That the State of the War, relating to the Quotas that the Consederates and Allies are severally to furnish for the carrying on the War, be laid before this House.

Persons ordered to attend not to be found.

The Serjeant at Arms acquainted the House, That Mr. Dickenson, Mr. Parsons, Mr. Partison, and Mr. Beresford, were in the Country; and that Mr. Brereton could not be found.

Tryals in Lancashire, &c.

Mr. Aaron Smith, attending according to Order, was called in; and examined, touching Matters relating to the late Tryals in Lancashire and Cheshire; and delivered several Papers and Examinations in to the House.

And then withdrew.

Mr. Leigh Banks, attending according to Order, was called in; and examined also.

And then withdrew.

Ordered, That all the Persons who were ordered to attend this House this Day, do attend this House again To-morrow Morning.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight a Clock.
