ORDERED, That Sir Wm. Forester, Mr. Bockland, Sir Fran. Blake, Mr. Clarke, Sir Orlando Gee, Sir Robert Clayton, Mr. Gwyn, Mr. Serjeant Blinco, Mr. Cranford, Sir Tho. Littleton, be added to the Committee, to whom the Petition of the Hackney Coachmen is referred.

Estoft's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands and Tenements, late of John Estoft, of Etton in the County of York, Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold for Payment of the Debts of the said John Estoft, and raising Portions for his Daughters, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Peirce's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the vesting certain Lands and Tenements, the Estate of George Gilbert Peirce, of the Middle Temple, London, Esquire, in Trustees, for raising Monies for the Payment of Debts, was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Mr. England, Mr. Christie, Mr. Waller, Mr. Vincent, Sir Rich. Hart, Sir Tho. Littleton, Sir Wm. Cook, Mr. Pollen, Sir Fra. Guibon, Sir Tho. Dyke, Mr. Blofield, Sir John Bolls, Mr. Hawtry, Sir Jacob Ashley, Sir Francis Drake, Sir Fra. Massam, Sir Robert Eden, Mr. Brewer, Lord Digby, Mr. Mawdit, Mr. Ryder, Mr. Cheyney, Mr. Thornhagh, Mr. Price, Sir Tho. Encouragement of Privateers.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Wednesday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the better Encouragement of Privateers.

Abuses by Army Agents.

Ordered, That the further Consideration of the Complaint of the Inhabitants of Royston; and of the Observations made by the Commissioners for taking and stating the publick Accounts; of the Abuses, and ill Practices, of the Agents of the Regiments of the Army; be further adjourned until Thursday Morning next.

Ordered, That all such Persons as were ordered to attend this House this Day, touching the said Complaint, do attend this House again upon Thursday Morning next.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Sir Philip Butler have Leave to go into the Country for a Week only, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Supply Bill; Land Tax.

The Order of the Day for the Report to be made from the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill for granting to his Majesty an Aid of Four Shillings in the Pound, for One Year, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour; and also the Bill for applying the yearly Sum of Three hundred thousand Pounds, out of the Duties arising by an Act of this present Session of Parliament, intituled, An Act for granting to their Majesties a Subsidy of Tonage and Poundage, and other Sums of Money payable upon Merchandizes exported and imported, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour; were committed; being read;

Sir Thomas Littleton reported the Amendments made by the Committee to the said Bills; which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then several of them were read a Second time; and, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House.

Ordered, That the further Consideration of the said Report be adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Ten a Clock.
