ORDERED, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the frequent Meeting and Calling of Parliaments: And that Mr. Harley do prepare, and bring in, the same.

Registry of Deeds, &c.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for registring Memorials of Deeds, Conveyances, and Wills: And that Mr. Clarke do prepare, and bring in, the same.

Publick and Private Business.

Resolved, That this House will, every Morning at Ten a Clock, enter upon publick Business: And that no private Business be proceeded upon after Ten a Clock.

Motion.

Ordered, That no new Motion be made after One a Clock.

Committees.

Ordered, That no Committees do sit in the Morning, without special Leave of the House.

The King's Speech considered.

The Order of the Day, for taking into Consideration his Majesty's gracious Speech to both Houses of Parliament, was read:

And his Majesty's Speech being read;

Supply.

And a Motion being made, That a Supply be granted to their Majesties, for the carrying on the War against France with Vigour;

Resolved, Nemine contradicente, That this House will, upon Wednesday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the said Motion.

State of the Nation.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Thursday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, consider of the present Posture and Condition of the Nation.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight a Clock.
