Prayers.

Recovery of Tythes.

ORDERED, That the ingrossed Bill for the more easy and speedy Recovery of small Tythes, be read the Third time To-morrow Morning.

Burton's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the Enabling of Sir Thom. Burton, Baronet, to sell Lands for Payment of Debts, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Jos. Tredenham, Sir Tho. Littleton, Sir Rob. Edon, Sir Tho. Clarges, Mr. Freeman, Mr. Vincent, Mr. Blowfeild, Mr. Sherrard, Mr. Brewer, Mr. Hawtry, Mr. Carter, Mr. Kendall, Mr. Christie, Sir Jon. Jennings, Mr. Cooke, Mr. Gray, Mr. Waller, Mr. Arnold, Mr. Bowyer, Mr. England, Mr. Greenfeild, Mr. Travers, Mr. Ramden, Sir Tho. Mackworth, Mr. Jervois, and all the Members that serve for the Counties of Nottingham and Leicester: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Four of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

St. Anne's Westminster Church.

An ingrossed Bill for the making further Provision for finishing the Parish Church of Saint Anne within the Liberties of Westminster, and other Buildings, directed to be erected, to be done pursuant to a former Act of Parliament, was read the Third time.

An Amendment was proposed to be made in Press 3, Line 27 and 28, to leave out "by Distress and Sale of his or her Goods:" And the same was, upon the Question put thereupon, agreed unto by the House; and the Bill amended at the Table accordingly.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for the making further Provision for finishing the Parish Church of St. Anne within the Liberties of Westminster, and other Buildings directed to be erected, to be done pursuant to a former Act of Parliament.

Ordered, That Sir Walter Clarges do carry the Bill to the Lords; and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Bullion Exported.

A Bill for discouraging the Exportation of Bullion, and encouraging the Importation thereof, and converting the same into the Coin of this Realm, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed, upon the Debate of the House, to a Committee of the whole House.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Monday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the said Bill.

Ditto.

Ordered, That the Commissioners of the Customs do, upon Monday Morning next, bring to this House an Account, what Bullion has been yearly exported for Seven Years last past, either as foreign Bullion, or melted here.

Silver and Gold coined.

Ordered, That the Officers of the Mint do, upon Monday Morning next, bring to this House an Account what Silver and Gold Coin has been coined there yearly since the Year 1659.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Lacon Wm. Child;

Cullum's Estate.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have passed a Bill, intituled, An Act for enabling Sir Dudly Cullum, Baronet, to raise Monies to pay his Brother and Sisters Portions: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Causes in Chancery.

Also the Lords do put this House in mind of the Bill for the better Determining of Causes in Chancery, and other Courts of Equity.

And then the Messengers withdrew.

Clandestine trading to France.

A Petition of Wm. Tilford was presented to the House, and read; setting forth, That divers Persons, known to the Petitioner, do hold Correspondence with France; and send over Lead and other Commodities thither by French Passes and Letters: And praying he may be called before the House to prove the Allegations aforesaid.

Ordered, That the Petition do lie upon the Table.

Supply.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties for the carrying on a vigorous War against France.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Solicitor General took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Solicitor General reported from the said Committee, That they had made a further Progress in the Matter to them referred: And that they had directed him to move the House, That they may have Leave to sit again.

Resolved, That this House will To-morrow, after the Report of the Conference on Tuesday last is taken into Consideration, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Supplies to be granted to their Majesties for the carrying on a vigorous War against France.

Making Saltpetre.

Ordered, That Sir John Guise, Mr. Freke, Serjeant Trenchard, Mr. Smith, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill for the making Saltpetre here in England, is committed.
