Bathurst's Estate.
ORDERED, That the Committee to whom the ingrossed Bill sent down by the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Theodore Bathurst to make a Jointure for his Wife, and to charge Monies on Part of his Estate in Yorkshire, be revived.

Ordered, That all Committees be revived.
Droitwich Salt-works.
An ingrossed Bill, sent down from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the Regulating the Salt-works in Droitwich, was read the First time.
Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.
Bristoll, &c. Courts of Conscience.
Mr. Christy reports from the Committee, to whom the Bill for establishing Courts of Conscience in Bristoll and Gloucester, was referred, That the Committee had agreed upon several Amendments to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place, and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and afterwards, a Second time, one by one; and after some small Amendment made at the Table, were, upon the Question being severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House.
Ordered, That the Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.
Leave of Absence.
Ordered, That Sir Wm. Thomas have Leave to go into the Country, for a Month, for his Health.
Ordered, That Mr. Colt have Leave to go into the Country, for a Fortnight.
Supply Bill.
Resolved, That the ingrossed Bill for granting a Subsidy to their Majesties, be now read a Third time.
The Bill was read the Third time.
Several Amendments were proposed to be made in the Bill; viz.
Press 5, L. 5, to leave out "Subsidy;" and, instead thereof, insert "Rates."
Press 13, L. 13, to leave out "Quarterly."
L. 35, to leave out "Quarterly."
Press 16, L. 27, to leave out "Quarterly."
Press 36, * *, to leave out from "notwithstanding" in L. 4, to "Provided," in L. 18.
All which were, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House; and the Bill amended at the Table, accordingly.
Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title thereof be, An Act for a Grant to their Majesties of an Aid of Twelve-pence in the Pound for One Year, for the necessary Defence of their Realms.
Penwarne's Estate.
A Message from the Lords, by Sir John Hoskyns and Doctor Edisbury;
Mr. Speaker, The Lords have commanded us to acquaint this House, That they have agreed to the Amendments proposed by this House, to be made to the Bill to enable Robert Penwarne to sell Lands to pay his Brothers and Sisters Portions, and pay his Debts.
And then the Messengers withdrew.
Orphans of London.
Resolved, That the House do on Friday next, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the Bill for Relief of the Orphans of London.
Adjournment.
Then the Question being put, That the House do now adjourn.

Then the Order for the House to proceed in the further Consideration of the Heads of Exceptions in the Bill of Indemnity was read; as also the Resolutions of the House on Saturday last upon the First Head.
Ordered, That Sir Robert Henley and Sir Sam. Astrey do attend this House To-morrow Morning, to give an Account, What Judges of the Court of King's Bench sat, and gave Judgment, in the Case between Goodwyn and Hales in Tri. Term 2° Jacobi IIi.
Ordered, That Mr. Justice Powell and Sir Thomas Street do attend this House To-morrow Morning.
Ordered, That the Chief Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas do attend this House To-morrow Morning to give an Account, Who were Judges in that Court in Trinity Term, 2 Jac. II.
Ordered, That the King's Remembrancer and Clerk of the Pleas in the Court of Exchequer do attend this House. To-morrow Morning, to give an Account, Who were Barons of that Court in Trinity Term in 2° Jacobi IIdi.
