Prayers.

Hertford Roads.

RESOLVED, That this House will, upon Tuesday Morning next, at Nine a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for reviving a former Law for Repair of Highways in the County of Hertford.

Malicious Informations.

Mr. Waller reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for preventing malicious Informations in the Court of King's Bench, and for the more easy Reversal of Outlawries in the same Court, was committed, That they had made several Amendments to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House: And which he read in his Place, with the Coherence; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one: Whereupon, and upon the Question severally put thereupon, some of them were agreed, and others disagreed to, by the House.

Ordered, That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed.

Fraudulent Devises.

Mr. Fenwick reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for Relief of Creditors against fraudulent Devises, was committed, That they had made several Amendments to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House: And which he delivered in at the Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one; and, upon the Question, severally put thereupon, were agreed unto by the House.

Ordered, That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed.

East India Company.

Sir Christopher Musgrave, according to Order, presents to the House a Bill for the Establishment of an East India Company. And the same was received.

Ordered, That the Bill be read upon Tuesday Morning next.

Breeding of Cattle.

A Bill for the Encouragement of the Breeding and Feeding of Cattle, was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for the Encouragement of the Breeding and Feeding of Cattle.

Ordered, That Sir John Dorrell do carry the Bill to the Lords; and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Hawkers and Pedlars.

Mr. Onslow reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for the Suppressing of Hawkers and Pedlars, was committed, That they had made several Amendments to the Bill; which they had directed him to report to the House: And which he read in his Place, with the Coherence; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one; and, upon the Question severally put thereupon, some of them were agreed to, and others disagreed to, by the House.

And the Question being proposed, That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed;

The previous Question was put, That that Question be now put:

And it passed in the Negative.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Sir John Fowell have Leave to go into the Country for a Fortnight, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Ordered, That Mr. Stawell have Leave to go into the Country, his Mother being ill.

Supply Bill; Irish Forfeitures.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill to vest the forfeited Estates in Ireland in their Majesties, to be applied to the Uses of the War.

Supply Bill; English Forfeitures.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for vesting the forfeited Estates in England in their Majesties, to be applied to the Uses of the War.

And it is referred to Sir Walter Young, Mr. Smith, Mr. Clarke, Sir Christopher Musgrave, Sir Rich. Reynell, Mr. Foley, Mr. Leving, or any Three of them, to prepare and bring in the said Bills.

East India Company.

Ordered, That the Bill for establishing an East India Company, be read on Tuesday Morning next.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Mr. Vaughan have Leave to go into the Country for a Month, his Wife being ill.

Dover Harbour.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill for Repair of Dover Harbour was committed, be made upon Tuesday Morning, after Eleven a Clock.

Registering Seamen.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Wednesday Morning next, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for the more speedy and effectual furnishing their Majesties Navy and Merchant Ships with Seamen.

Leave of Absence.

A Motion being made, and the Question being put, That Mr. Mitton have Leave to go into the Country;

It passed in the Negative.

Militia.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for raising the Militia for the Year One thousand Six hundred and Ninety-two . . . . be revived; and do sit on Monday Morning, Eight a Clock.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight a Clock.
