For that Thomas Sackvill Esquire is returned One of the Knights for the County of Westmorland, and also a Burgess for the Borough of Estgrenestede in the County of Sussex, and doth personally appear for Westmorland, it is requited by this House, that another Person be returned for the said Borough.
