Privilege.

A MOTION for one Sayres, Servant to the Clerk, for Privilege of the House.

Subsidy.

Mr. Solicitor bringeth in the Bill of Subsidy, Saturday Morning to be read.

Sir Geo. Moore excuseth himself for Treasurer.

Mr. Martin moveth, that some Collection might be had for the Poor, as in former Parliament. - Account to be taken by the Committees for Privilege.

Ordinances in Wales.

Sir Herbert Crofts moveth, that some Words may be considered on ; and, since the Committee of the Lords meet this Day, about the Bill of Wales, that a Message may go from this House, that the Lords will not insist upon some superfluous Words : - Strike them out.

Much disputed, whether the King's Counsel of this House should give Evidence.
