Lord Willouby.
The Counsel of the Duchess of Suffolk require to see the Entail, whereby the Lord Wyllouby claimeth.
The Lord Willowby, making Suit to come into this House, required the House to favour this Bill; alledging, that the Duchess' Counsel, having no Warrant, Ought not to be heard; and to consider his Estate of Barony, which was given him for Possibility of that Reversion; and that Erenden, of her Counsel, had 50l. of these Lands in Fee-simple :
