2. The Bill for Shirborne Causey, to be continued for Ten Years next after the End of this Parliament.

Wines.

L. 1. The Bill to repeal the Act made against Prices and Excess of Wines.

Six Articles.

Cloth Trade.

Gatesyde.

The Counsel learned for the Burgesses of Newcastle exhibited a Proviso for the Town of Gatesyde to continue annexed to Newcastle.

Privilege.

Mr. Rede and Mr. Ermested brought from the Lords a Subpoena, that Mr. Beamond, of this House, and his Wife, caused to be served, upon the Earl of Huntington, in this Parliament Time; and prayen the Order of this House for that Offence.

It it Ordered, That Eight of this House shall declare to the Lords that they take this Writ to be no Breach of Privilege.
