May 9. Mr. Walbanke desires that no warrant or privy seal pass for discharging Nicholas Fownes and Marsden of 200l. recognizances forfeited for not bringing in de Gwynn to the King's Bench, till he have notice at his house in York Buildings. This caveat was withdrawn 1683–4, Feb. 5, by a letter from Mr. Walbanke to Mr. Shaw. Caveat Book, p. 21.
