Treasury warrant to the Clerk of the Pipe for a lease to Edmond Dunch for 31 years (at reserve rents of 33l. 6s. 8d. and 5l. per an.) of a messuage, tenement or lodging and a piece of waste ground thereto adjoining, being in Scotland Yard within the Palace of Whitehall, 30 foot in front west to Scotland Yard, 110 feet south extending to the river of Thames and abutting on the lodgings of Mr. Kehon and Mr. Parsons, 110 feet eastward to the Thames, then 20 feet to the passage leading to Whitehall Bridge, then 140 feet south along the said passage, then 37 feet west fronting Whitehall Great Gate, then 45 feet north-west adjoining to Fransam's ground: excepting out of this intended lease some rooms built over the north-east part of the said lodgings in the possession of — Hyde. Prefixing: constat of the premises made out by the Surveyor General of Crown Lands and ratal thereof by him and by Auditor Thomas Jett 20 March 1717–18.
