Royal warrant to the Commissioners for Chelsea Hospital to
make a strict examination and review of all the Invalids in order
to find out which of them are not duly qualified : the Queen having
thought fit that the 4 Companies of Invalids be reduced from their
present number to 75 private men, 3 Serjeants, 2 Corporals and 1
Drummer in each Company besides Commission Officers and the
residue to be discharged immediately with 20l. each to enable them
to return home immediately. And further to make the like review
from time to time : and that they be kept in such rule and order
of discipline and payment as the Queen's service requires. And
