purle of damask gold and pearle, with cordons of purple silk and
gold and tassels of the same; and moreover for the Chancellor a
purse of blue velvet wherein to bear the seals of the Order the
foreside thereof to be richly embroidered with our royal arms impaled
with St. George's Cross environed with a Garter (and over it an
Imperial Crown) with fine Venice gold and silver pearles and plates
and variety of coloured Naples silk having a fair running work
