the same service are very intricate
and irregular, by reason of which
together with the frequent deaths
and the exchanges and transfers
of their bills and services no
regular account of their respective
names and sums could there [in
the Treasurer of the Chamber's
Office] be kept otherways than in
gross, nor can any particular be
made out till a general payment
be ordered them, on which they
will make out their individual
claims. |
