Dec. 7. Royal letters patent under the great seal for a grant to Henry de Nassau, Seigneur d'Auverquere, of an annuity or yearly rent of 2,000l. out of the revenue of the Duchy of Cornwall: to him, his heirs and assigns for ever from Lady Day past: and if by reason of there being a Duke of Cornwall the said revenue be prevented from discharging same the same is hereby to be charged on the Hereditary Excise.
