My Lords desire to know what prisoners are now in your custody and what allowances are made them: so that they may provide for Mr. Dorrington accordingly. Ibid.

Royal warrant to the Lords Justices, Ireland, to forthwith on sight hereof let by way of custodiam all the forfeited estate of Col. Simon Luttrell in Ireland and therein to grant a preference to Col. Hen. Luttrell, brother to said Simon, provided he gives as much as any other would for the same: and further to allow said Henry 200l. per an. out of the said estate as royal bounty from the commencement of said custodiam and during pleasure: the remainder of the rents and profits of said estate to be applied in satisfaction of the debts and incumbrances upon the same. Same to the Attorney or Solicitor General for a great seal for a grant to William Blathwaite, esq. (in consideration of a fine of 571l. 1s. 11½d.) of the manor of Egham, co. Surrey, as demised 1616–17, Jan. 10, to Sir Francis Bacon et al. for 99 years in trust for Prince Charles, which term was assigned by the surviving Trustees 1629, July 11, to trustees for Queen Henrietta Maria; and by them in turn 1672, July 31, assigned to other Trustees for Queen Katherine; and again demised by the King 1673, Aug. 13, to Trustees for Katherine, now Queen Dowager, for a further term of 43 years in reversion; and by mesne assignments was vested in Lewis, Earl of Feversham, et al., for the remainder of said two terms as in trust for said Queen Katherine and thereafter for the Crown. The present grant is to be of all the houses, woods, rents, profits etc. of the premises, the messuage called Clement Hubbards and the lands thereto formerly demised by John, Abbot of Chertsey, 1507, April 1, to Richard Adamson for 200 years; the farm near a tenement formerly called Jordans demised on the feast of Hilary, 15 Hy. VI, to Nicholas Smith for 300 years; being reputed parcel of the demesnes of the manor of Egham: and is to be for 99 years from the death of Katherine Queen Dowager at the rent of 3l. 6s. 8d. per an., which term is to be concurrent with any remainder of the abovesaid two terms of 43 years and 99 years.
Appending: (1) particular of the premises: rents of assize of freeholders, 10l. 12s. 9d. per an.; rents of the customary tenants, 15l. 19s.d. per an.; the scite of the manor, demesne lands, woods etc. of the value of 31l. 7s.d. per an.; excepting 32 loads of hay and 15 quarters of oats reserved to his Majesty, the whole being 58l. 0s.d. gross, or 55l. 18s.d. net. Feb. 10. Henry Guy to the Earl of Ranelagh. The King has ordered Col. Cuningham's Regiment of Dragoons to march forthwith out of Scotland in order to embark in the Thames for Flanders and that it be supplied with subsistence on the English establishment as soon as it arrives at Berwick.
