Requiring him to acknowledge satisfaction on the record of the judgment against Moses Nicholls, fined 10l. at the sessions at Hicks' Hall, 1728, August 26, for exposing for sale two carcases of beef being corrupt and unwholesome flesh; prisoner being in a starving condition in Newgate and utterly unable to pay the fine.
