May 21. Cinque Savii, Alia Mercauzia. Busta, 28. Venetian Archives. 965. A resolution of the Senate, that it is desirable to oblige the English Ambassador in the matter of the English merchants' suit against the Governors of Zante in order to put an end to the difference after five years' litigation.
The Cinque Savii are accordingly empowered to fill up the places of those members who are absent from any cause, and so to make a full Court.
That the English Ambassador be informed of this resolution.
