Feb. 21./Mar. 2.Lisbon. 347. Mailliart Ricquaert to Salisbury. All the English cry out for war with Spain. Certain news that 24 Holland men–of–war are come upon this coast to meet with the ships from the East Indies, and it is feared they will be taken or else their voyages will be overthrown.
