Sept. 30. Custom House.	1,269. Commissioners of Customs to the Lords of the Treasury. By Order in Council of 20 August last the embargo on ships bound to the Plantations was raised until the 15th September, and by another order of 10th the time for ships bound to the West Indies was prolonged until to-day.
