Dec. 11. 9. Robt. Earl of Warwick to Adam Winthrop, David Yale, Ant. Stoddard, and Benj. Gillam, merchants at Boston. Sends power of attorney for recovery of goods of great value belonging to him, detained by Captain Cromwell, who he hears is in New England. Will. Penoyre, a merchant of London, is authorized to receive goods taken by virtue of Captain Jackson's commission. Requests their favour in these matters. [Rough draft.] Annexed,
