Grant to the Earls of Salisbury, Suffolk and others, the Company of Adventurers and Planters in Virginia, confirming all their former privileges, and granting them more extensive property and more ample jurisdiction than in their former grant of 23 May 1609. Power to hold four Courts during the year to be called the four great and general Courts of the Council and Company of Adventurers for Virginia, to elect Councillors, appoint officers for government of the affairs of the Company, and make laws for the good of the plantation.
