Grant to him—to whom the pope recently granted indult to visit during ten years his archdeaconry of Northcampton (sic) in Lincoln by deputy, and to receive the procurations in ready money—that the person or persons thus deputed may visit even two, three or more churches, monasteries, etc., on one and the same day, and receive from them in ready money the procurations due, and that the executors of the former letters may execute these presents. To Master John de Obizis, canon of Ferrara, papal chaplain, nuncio of the apostolic see, and collector of the papal camera in England. Appointing him (who is also an auditor of causes of the apostolic palace, and has exercised for several years and is still exercising the office of collector in the said realm) to the said office during the pleasure of the pope and the apostolic see, with the usual faculties. He is to send in his accounts every two years and pay in his receipts by letters of exchange or other safe way, and is to take the usual oath of fealty to Francis, cardinal priest of St. Clement's, regent of the camera, and to receive a like oath from his own sub-collectors. Mandate to visit in person and reform monasteries etc. of the Cistercian order in the realm of England, exempt from the jurisdiction of diocesans, which the pope has heard to be in need thereof.
