He has hereby dispensation to hold the said canonry and prebend and any other mutually compatible benefices, of any number and kind, with or without cure, and to resign them as often as he pleases, simply or for exchange. Mandate to collate and assign to Richard de Muer, priest, of the diocese of Ardfert (who is, he says, of noble birth by both parents and has for five years studied canon and civil law), the canonry and prebend of Belachaha in Cloyne, value not exceeding 20 marks, the patronage of which belongs by papal privilege to Maurice Roche, baron of the barony of Fermoy in the diocese of Cloyne, void by the death of Thomas Onelusayn; notwithstanding that the pope recently [above Reg. Lat. CLXXXVII, f. 254] ordered provision to be made to him of the rectory of Cluherby and the perpetual vicarage of Any in the dioceses of Cloyne and Emly, value altogether not exceeding 15 marks, and dispensed him to hold them together for life.
