1421. 8 Kal. April. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 34.)	To the precentor (cantori) and chancellor of Aberdeen and the prior of the priory of Monymousk in the diocese of Aberdeen. Mandate to collate and assign to Henry Heruy, canon of Caithness, bachelor of canon law, official of Aberdeen, the canonry and prebend called of Banchori Devenoc in Aberdeen, value not exceeding 16l. sterling, void as below. After Benedict XIII's general reservation of benefices, void and to be void, of papal chaplains, Thomas de Tynyngham, a papal chaplain (who had had indult from the said Benedict to resign the said canonry and prebend and his other benefices, simply or for exchange, the will of the said pope being that, after such exchange, they should remain reserved as before), exchanged them with Thomas de Eddynham for the parish church of Fethirressoch in the diocese of St. Andrews, the resignations being made to bishops Gilbert and Henry, who carried out the exchange, the said canonry and prebend subsequently becoming void by the death of Eddynham and remaining reserved, as above, to the said Benedict, who was deposed by the Council of Constance without disposing of them, so that they are still void and reserved, although John Barbier, priest, of the said diocese, who is to be removed, unduly detains possession. The collation is to be made whether they became void as stated above, or by the free resignation of Thomas de Tynyngham before notary public and witnesses, or became void otherwise; notwithstanding that Heruy holds a canonry and prebend of Caithness, and the perpetual vicarage of Aberden in the diocese of Aberdeen, value not exceeding 10 and 20l. sterling respectively. 3 Kal. June. St. Peter's, Rome. (f. 185d.)	To Robert Holhgan alias de Cork, B.C.L. Collation and provision to him, who is an abbreviator of papal letters, of the canonry and prebend of Tulaghbryk in Limerick, value not exceeding 16 marks, which became void and reserved to Gregory XII by his promotion of Richard, archbishop of Cashel, to that see and by his consecration, and which had not been disposed of by the said pope at the time of his resignation, and therefore remain void and reserved to the present pope; notwithstanding that he holds the parish church of Compten Basset in the diocese of Salisbury, and that the pope has lately ordered provision to be made to him of the perpetual vicarage of Kynsall in the diocese of Cork, of which he has not got possession, value not exceeding 24 marks and 40l. respectively, and has made him provision of a canonry of Cork with expectation of a prebend. 7 Id. Nov. S. Maria Maggiore, Rome. (f. 221d.)	To the bishop of Ciudad Rodrigo, and the dean and Nemeas Oruagry, canon, of Tuam. Mandate to collate and assign to Malachy Omulereyn, priest, of the diocese of Tuam, who lately had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure, the perpetual vicarage of Leachac in the diocese of Annadown, value not exceeding 5 marks, so long void by the death of Florence Okearrayn, that its collation has by the Lateran statutes lapsed to the apostolic see.
