1413. 9 Kal. July. St. Anthony's without the walls of Florence. (f. 123.)	Provision to David de Monteferrando, dean of Saint-Seurin (S. Severini) without the walls of Bordeaux, who is by both parents of baronial race and is in his twenty-sixth year, of the see of Bordeaux, void and reserved to the apostolic see by the recent death there of Francis, cardinal priest of Sancti Quatuor Coronati, deputed by the apostolic see as administrator-general of the see of Bordeaux. Apostolatus officium.
	Concurrent letters to the chapter, to the clergy and to the people of the city and diocese, to the vassals and to the suffragans of Bordeaux—Apostolatus etc.; and to Henry, king of England —Gracie divine. (De mandato.)

Provision to Richard [Courteney], of the see of Norwich, void by the death of Alexander, during whose life it was reserved by the pope, the chapter of Norwich having, perhaps in ignorance of the said reservation, elected him, dean of Wells, priest, and Richard having, similarly ignorant, consented to the election. He has caused the matter of the said election to be set forth before the pope in consistory, which election is annulled. Apostolatus etc.

Reservation, motu proprio, of the archdeaconry of Noranton in Lincoln, value not exceeding 300 marks, even if a major elective dignity with cure, about to become void and reserved by the promotion, made by the pope, and the approaching consecration, of Richard Corthenay, elect of Norwich. Grata tue devocionis.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishops of Condom (Condomien.), Siena and Volterra. Grata dilecti filii.
14 Kal. Sept. St. Anthony's, etc. (f. 291.)	To the bishop of Oloron and the dean and Thady (Tatheo) Macdiarmada, canon, of Elphin. Mandate to collate and assign to Richard Werdoud, perpetual vicar of Roscam in the diocese of Annadown, the archdeaconry of Annadown, a dignity with cure, non-major and non-elective, value not exceeding 10 marks, void by the death of John Bisede, notwithstanding that he holds the said vicarage, value not exceeding 2 marks, which, upon obtaining the said archdeaconry, he is to resign.
