Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Civitaten., the abbot of Westminster and the dean of St. Paul's, London. Grata dilecti filii.

To the bishop of Saint-Pol-de-Léon (Leonen.), the abbot of Loos (de Laude) in the diocese of Tournai, and the official of Paris. Mandate to collate and assign to John de Caruyn (or Carnyn), archdeacon of Bangor, who, he says, is of knightly race, a canonry and prebend of the church of Seclin (de Siclinio) in the diocese of Tournai, value, to a non-resident, not exceeding 30l. petits Tournois; notwithstanding that he has had provision, by authority of the ordinary, of the archdeaconry of the church of Bangor, and that the pope has made him provision of a benefice with or without cure in the common or several gift of the dean and chapter of St. Amatus's, Douai (de Duaco), in the diocese of Arras. Upon obtaining the above canonry and prebend he is, as he has offered, to resign the archdeaconry. Nobilitas generis, vite etc.

Mandate to collate and assign to John Mackalnaird, priest, of Ferns—who has had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure, and to whom Boniface IX ordered provision to be made of the parish church of St. Bridget in Kyllruys in the said diocese, dispensing him to hold one, two or three other mutually compatible benefices with or without cure, even if canonries and prebends, dignities, major or principal respectively, personatus or offices in cathedral or collegiate churches, even elective benefices, and to resign the said church and them, simply or for exchange, and hold instead similar or dissimilar benefices; and who, after obtaining and holding for some time the said church, has resigned it—the prebend of Kilrus in Ferns, value, with the canonry, not exceeding 24 marks, void because Roger Gryt has obtained another prebend in the same church. Mandate to collate and assign to Donald Macka[t]mail, clerk, of the diocese of Dublin—who is, he says, of ducal race, is skilled in canon law, has for more than fourteen years, by no fault of his own, but on account of the power of certain enemies of his ancestors (predecessorum), been an exile, and has had papal dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure—the canonry and prebend of Nurnny in Leighlin, and the precentorship, said by some to be annexed thereto, value not exceeding 10 marks, void by the resignation to bishop Richard of William de Nuys; notwithstanding that the pope has lately ordered provision to be made to him of the archdeaconry of Gleantalachat in Dublin, a nonmajor dignity with cure, and of the rectory of Gildigni in the said diocese, value not exceeding 40 and 28 marks respectively, of neither of which he has yet got possession, and has dispensed him to hold both together for life. Mandate to collate and assign to Rory (Ruoricus) Olonyrgayn, clerk, of the diocese of Killaloe— who is the official-general in the city of killaloe of bishop Donatus, has studied canon law for about seven years in places where there is not a university (studia privata), and has had papal dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure—the precentorship of Killaloe, value not exceeding 9 marks, a non-major dignity with cure, void and reserved, by John XXII's constitution Execrabilis, because Robert Okaellaigi obtained and held it for more than a month together with his perpetual vicarage of Cluayndagad in the said diocese. He is hereby dispensed, on account of his said illegitimacy, to hold it.Vite etc.

Provision to him—who lately had papal dispensation to hold for life two benefices with cure or otherwise incompatible, even if parish churches or dignities, major or principal respectively and elective, personatus or offices in metropolitan, cathedral or collegiate churches—of the deanery of Exeter, a major elective dignity, value not exceeding 300 marks, void and—under the pope's late reservation of all cathedral major dignities, void and to be void—reserved by the death (sic) of Ralph Tregregeou; notwithstanding that he holds canonries and prebends of Exeter, York and Chichester, the parish church of Tevstok, and the free chapel without cure of Blakeford, in the dioceses of Exeter and Wells, value altogether not exceeding 250 marks. Vite etc.

Mandate to collate and assign to Reginald Oharet, clerk, of the diocese of Ross—who has studied canon law for seven years in places where there is no university (studia particularia) and has had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure—the deanery of Ross, a major elective dignity with cure, value not exceeding 5 marks, void and, as in the preceding, reserved by the resignation of Thomas Mecinfirlegind in presence of Laurence Ogillaguuayn, priest, of the said diocese, public notary, and witnesses. He is hereby dispensed, on account of his said illegitimacy, to hold it. Vite etc.

Mandate to collate and assign to Donatus Odonnuuayn, canon of Ross— who has had papal dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold two mutually compatible benefices, even if one had cure or were a major dignity or a personatus in a cathedral church, and to resign them for exchange or otherwise, as often as he pleased, and hold instead two similar or dissimilar incompatible (sic) benefices—the archdeaconry of Ross, a non-major dignity, value not exceeding 16 marks, void and, by John XXII's constitution Execrabilis, reserved because the late Andrew Chuallachan (sic) obtained and held it for more than a year with the perpetual vicarage of Kilkeraion in the diocese of Ross. Provision of the deanery of Clonfert, a major elective dignity with cure, value not exceeding 25 marks, void by the statutes of Clonfert and the foundation of the deanery, because Thomas Olongayn held it for more than a year without having himself ordained priest and without obtaining dispensation, and reserved to the pope under his reservation of all cathedral major dignities, void and to be void; notwithstanding that he has lately had papal provision of the rectory of Killeibe in the diocese of Cashel, which provision, as he has himself desired, shall be henceforth null and void.Vite etc.
Concurrent mandate to the archbishop of Tuam, the bishop of Veszprém and the prior of Roscommayn in the diocese of Elphin. Vite etc.
