To the bishop of Aosta (Augusten.), and the dean and John Ocassalaid, canon, of Derry. Mandate to collate and assign to Patrick Osuadachan, of the diocese of Clogher, the perpetual vicarage of St. Fergus, Ynys[kayn(?)], in the same diocese, value not exceeding 5 marks, void by the death of Nemeas Ochobain (?); notwithstanding that the pope has recently ordered provision to be made to him of the rectory, value not exceeding 12 marks, of the said church, which church has cure and has been wont to be governed by a separate rector and vicar. He is hereby dispensed to hold both rectory and vicarage for life. Vite ac morum. [Water-stained, and unfinished.] [See below, Reg. Lat. CXLIX, f. 65.]
